What to Look for in an AI Trans Chat App
Plenty of AI chat apps exist, but very few are built with trans characters in mind. If that is what you are looking for, these are the things worth checking.
Updated
1. Real trans representation
A good app writes trans characters as full people with their own lives and personalities, not as a tag on an otherwise generic character. Look for profiles with real backstories.
2. Memory
Memory is what turns a chatbot into a companion. If you have to repeat yourself every session, the connection never builds. Check whether characters remember details across conversations.
3. Privacy
Your conversations should be private to your account and never shown to other users. Read the privacy policy before you share anything personal.
4. Variety
Different people want different things. A good catalog has characters across many backgrounds and both anime and realistic styles, plus the option to create your own.
5. A fair free tier
You should be able to try the app before paying. On Pudding Chat you can start for free and upgrade to Premium if you want unlimited messages, memory and character creation.
